'Oasis #2' is an updated version from a few days ago. Initially, I was not happy with the shadows, so here they are adjusted.... still not happy, however it is what it is. I really need to start again from scratch. Perhaps another day. It is a small painting, I have also cropped a little from 10" x 7". Painted with a limited palette on Bockingford paper, another learning exercise. A special friend, very kindly sent me the image to use from one of her holidays.
