‘Cheeriness - Hibiscus Flower – Native to Hawaii’

After watching a video from Cindy Briggs, I was inspired to paint this Yellow Hibiscus in watercolour. It was the first time of seeing a yellow one when I looked at the © reference image provided by Cindy.

I lost time in painting this as I was having fun with all the various shapes. It is painted on CP Hahnemuelle Block Paper 24cm x 32cm. The sunshine colours are pure joy to paint in my favourite DS pigments.
